Mr. Jacox has been at Southeastern since 1985 when he arrived as a flight student. He graduated with his BS degree in 1990 and was hired as a temporary-full time faculty teaching ground schools and acting as a flight instructor. In 1992 he became a permanent full-time faculty member and Chief Pilot.

In 1999 Mr. Jacox earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from SOSU and in 2001 he was promoted to Assistant Professor and became Chair of the Aviation Science Institute's Flight Department.
